Running a school group without the spreadsheet at the top

A trust that runs three or five branches usually ends up with a spreadsheet at the top: each campus emails its numbers, someone stitches them together, and by the time the picture is complete it is already a week old. The branches themselves run fine — it is the group view that is manual.
